For example Laptop computers are useful to students, they can Utilize the laptop for their studies. They can use the Laptops in Schools/Colleges/Institutions. Laptops are useful to People who traveling or his/her profession needs some demos through computers. Desktops are Good for Home’s, Shops, etc. You can also use second hand computers with a new Laptop, that will save your money also.
Now a days Laptop’s are very cheap and can buy the same with some small prices. All major laptop companies are selling good lap’s with cheap rates with good features. The main disadvantage of Laptop is system upgrading is not possible, but we can upgrade the memory (most of the lap’s are coming with multiple memory slots and we can expand the same). for example we can upgrade the existing 2GB/4GB Ram to 4GB/8GB. But in desktop computers the system upgrade is so easy.
The main advantage of laptop is its portable, we can carry it into anywhere, its weight just in few kg’s. Desktop computers are big in size and there is no chance for portability. I think its better to use a Desktop and laptop combine for our needs. We can save data in both desktop/laptop and can transfer data through a network or Pen Drive/cd drive etc.
Tablets are now getting more popularity, we can buy limited features touch tablets in 100-200$ price range. majority of the tablets are using the operating system Android.
