• On-Site Warranty Support.
• If a customer experiences a problem with a Quantum LED Monitor, they can approach Quantum call Centre then Quantum hand over the call to Accel and once Accel technical staff determines the product hardware is defective, and provided that the product is under warranty, the customer will be supported immediately.
• RMA Status update to Customers at Various stages: Accel IT System can trigger
a) SMS/E-mail to Customers at various stages.
b) Customers can check their RMA/Service call status through SMS.
c) Customers can check their RMA/Service Call Status through Accel’s public URL.
