GIGAZONE a Gigabyte Group Company, the leading manufacturer of TFT Monitors ENVISION and TOPVIEW announced the appointment of Accel Frontline Services Limited as it’s Strategic Warranty Service Provider in India. As a part of this collaboration, Accel, India’s leading Warranty Management Services Company provides On-Site warranty Service support for Envision and TopView TFT Monitors PAN India. With the establishment, GIGAZONE is deeply committed to provide high quality products & Warranty Services with greater convenience for end customers.
Facts/Highlights of the Project:
• PAN India On-Site Warranty Support.
• If a customer experiences a problem with a GIGAZONE product, they can approach Accel Service Centres and Accel technical staff visits customers’ place and provides both repair & DOA replacements provided that the product is still under warranty.
• RMA Status update to Customers at Various stages: Accel IT System can trigger
a) SMS/E-mail to Customers at various stages.
b) Customers can check their RMA/Service call status through SMS.
c) Customers can check their RMA/Service Call Status through Accel’s public URL http://myservice.accelwms.in/
