FOXCONN, the leading manufacturer of Mother Boards announced the appointment of Accel Frontline Services Limited as it’s Warranty Service Provider in India. As a part of this collaboration, Accel, an India’s leading provider of Warranty Management Services provides RMA/Service support for FOXCONN Mother Boards across India through more than 80 Service Centres. With the establishment of new era of RMA/Service Centers, FOXCONN is deeply committed to provide high quality products & RMA Services with greater convenience for end customers.
Facts/Highlights of the Project:
• PAN India RMA Support Centers.
• If a customer experiences a problem with a FOXCONN product, they can approach Accel Service Centres. Once Accel technical staff determines the product hardware is defective, and provided that the product is still under warranty, the customer will be supported immediately.
• RMA Status update to Customers at Various stages: Accel IT System can trigger
a) SMS/E-mail to Customers at various stages.
b) Customers can check their RMA/Service call status through SMS.
