Questek, the leading manufacturer of Memory Products announced the appointment of Accel Frontline Services Limited as it’s Warranty Service Provider in India. As a part of this collaboration, Accel, an India’s leading provider of Warranty Management Services provides RMA/Service support for QUESTEK Products across 36 cities through 39 owned Service Centres. With the establishment of RMA/Service Centers, Questek aims high to provide greater convenience and time savings for end customers/Dealers who require a product Service Supports, thus enhancing the QUESTEK customer service offering.

Facts/Highlights of the Project:

• Service Centres Located in 36 cities (39 Service Centres) including, Ahmadabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune and New Delhi, the QUESTEK Products’ Service Centers are established to provide services to its customers throughout India.

• Consistent with its tradition of providing high quality products and services to customers, the establishment of the Product Service Centers further showcases QUESTEK’s strong commitment and determination to develop the consumer market in India.

• If a customer experiences a problem with a QUESTEK product, they can approach Accel Service Centres. Once Accel technical staff determines the product hardware is defective, and provided that the product is still under warranty, the customer will be supported immediately.

• QUESTEK will continue to provide excellent and more comprehensive customer services to address customers’ needs in India.

1) Customers can check their RMA/Service call status through SMS.
