1, Login to Your Digg Account
2, Check the Settings Page
3, Find the Link ” Import Feeds ”
4, In this Page you can see the field for ” Enter the URL for the feed you would like to have auto-submit your content ” Field.

5, Submit your blog feed url here and choose the Subject.
6, Then You will get a verification Code.
Copy & Paste this key into the title or body of your RSS feed Or Copy & Paste this key in your next post
Verify Feed
7, After doing any of the above , click the Verify Now.
8, That’s all, now you can see your Blog details in the Manage Feed.
Any Time You can Remove this from the Digg account.

it is good but it has a disadvantage that you have to write a new post for this and it gets updated on all social network that’s pathetic as visitors doesn’t like it
