DHL, the world’s leading logistics company received a gamut of prestigious accolades at the 4th Express, Logistics & Supply Chain Conclave Awards (ELSC) held in Mumbai. DHL Global Forwarding was awarded the “Best Logistics Service Provider of the year – Air Freight” and DHL Express received the award for Best Logistics Provider of the Year International’ on 30th September 2010. At the same event, group company – Blue Dart, won two prestigious Awards – “Best Express Provider of the Year – Domestic” and ELSC CEO of the Year Award for Anil Khanna, Managing Director.
The Awards were received by Christoph Remund, Chief Executive Officer – DHL Lemuir Logistics Pvt. Ltd., R.S Subramanian, Country Head, DHL Express and Anil Khanna, Managing Director, Blue Dart Express Ltd. This is a feather in the cap for DHL Global Forwarding, having won the coveted ‘Best Logistics Service Provider Award’ for the third time in a row and for Blue Dart, having secured the ‘Best Express Provider of the Year – Domestic’ for the second consecutive year. These awards were won amidst stiff competition from leading logistics companies in India. Anil Khanna was chosen as the ELSC CEO of the Year for his effective leadership, expertise and contribution to the business and industry.
