Through Volunteer Day we aim to use our resources to create a meaningful, positive impact on the community.”

Volunteer Day spans across major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai and Hyderabad. DHL & Blue Dart employees will extend their support to more than 3000 beneficiaries through the group’s partnership with various NGOs like Swechha India, Missionaries of Charity, Salaam Bombay Foundation, Think Foundation and LIGHT amongst various other organizations.

Mr. R.S. Subramanian, Country Manager, DHL India said “We have always believed in giving back to the society and through our Volunteer Day we wish to bring that belief into practice. Introduced in Asia Pacific in 2008, DHL Volunteer Day has expanded into Americas,  Middle East, Africa and Europe over the years, and continues to build on its success by involving more employees than ever before. These programs deliver to the company’s three corporate social responsibility pillars – Education (GoTeach), Environment (GoGreen) and Disaster Management (GoHelp).
