sir aapki company ka maine beetalE11 modem purchase kiya tha jo ki one year warranty se before problem start ho gayi hai or aapki company wale replace nahi kar rahe hai so i can beetal is very very bad company or one year hone ke baad koi problem aane par no solution company

I sent a mail to customercare@beetel.in on 03.05.11 regarding complaint in my Cordless Phone. Did not get even a response from them. Not able to even find a service centre for this in Vizag. If someone knows, pls tell me
